Mounted atop the Continental D3RRFNHD dual-temperature cabinet is its self-contained refrigeration system, which is positioned to maximize the interior space. This system utilizes R290 refrigerant€”a safe and efficient alternative to traditional refrigerants. Staff can set the desired holding temperature via the electronic controllers located above their respective sections; at the left is the two-section refrigerator and on the right is the one-section freezer.

Overall, the Continental D3RRFNHD three-section dual-temp cabinet is made of aluminum for corrosion resistance and insulating properties; between the paneling is 3 inches of polyurethane foam to help maintain interior conditions. The front of the cabinet is built of stainless steel to support heavy use of the half-height, solid doors. These doors self-close to reduce recovery time and can be locked to prevent theft.
