The Continental D48GFN freezer griddle stand is an ideal unit for locations looking to add onto existing workstations, as the compact cabinet features a reinforced stainless steel top with an overall build of stainless steel. This unit has two drawers that collectively hold a maximum of 250 pounds and four 12-inch-by-20-inch-by-6-inch pans, which must be purchased separately. For mobility as needed, the stand sits on four casters.

Mounted at the side of the Continental D48GFN chef base freezer is its self-contained refrigeration system; this slides out from the front for easy maintenance. To set the desired holding temperature, users must access the electronic controller, which is located above the compressor's grill array. The system is equipped with an automatic defrost function to help prevent ice formation on vital components.
