The Continental DF27N-U freezer fits under counters because of its compact 27¹/₂-inch width. Great for providing additional storage space in kitchens, the unit's 7.4-cubic-foot space holds one epoxy-coated steel shelf. The unit's exterior, interior, and top are made of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance, while 2-inch-thick polyurethane insulation keeps out heat. To seal in cold temperatures, the unit is constructed with a solid door with a magnetic snap-in door gasket.

The Continental DF27N-U freezer's self-contained refrigeration system cools with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and its evaporator fin is plasticized to resist corrosion. The defrost system reduces frost accumulation, while the condensate pan works to remove moisture accumulation. Using the electric controls, operators can adjust temperatures from -4 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit.
