Made of stainless steel with an aluminum back, the Continental DF36N-U undercounter freezer ensures a long lifespan through constant use. The two solid doors securely close with magnetic gaskets, preventing cold air from leaking, and the chrome handles are smooth and provide a comfortable grip. For placement in kitchens with limited space, these doors have convenient field-reversible hinges. Because the two steel shelves are coated with epoxy, they resist rust and corrosion. Overall, this freezer measures 36 inches wide by 32³/₁₆ inches deep by 31¹³/₁₆ inches high.

The Continental DF36N-U undercounter freezer's holding temperature can be adjusted with the digital controller and monitored on the LED display. The cabinet is insulated with 2 inches of polyurethane foam, and if temperature fluctuations occur, an alarm sounds. The unit's refrigeration system is self-contained, back mounted, and it uses environmentally friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. For reduced water and ice formation, this freezer operates with a hot gas condensate evaporator and electric defrost system.
