Designed with a full-height and half-height door, the Continental DFA43NSS worktop freezer is constructed of stainless steel with galvanized steel rear and grill panels for longevity. Using the polished chrome handles, operators can access the 12-cubic-foot interior through the doors. The two interior steel shelves feature an epoxy coating for rust resistance. This unit measures 43 inches wide by 36⁵/₁₆ inches deep by 36 inches high and is positioned on 6-inch, adjustable legs.

For efficient cooling, the Continental DFA43NSS worktop freezer's self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. This unit is insulated with 2 inches of polyurethane foam to maintain cold conditions and prevent warm air from being absorbed into the cabinet. For efficiency, the freezer's holding temperature is electronically controlled, and the external display eases monitoring. While the electric defrost system eliminates ice formation on important coils and components, the hot gas condensate evaporator gets rid of water accumulation.
