To ensure a long service life, the Continental DFA60NSSD worktop freezer has a stainless steel front, interior and end panels, and its worktop is constructed of heavy-gauge, 300 series stainless steel. Overall, this unit measures 60 inches wide by 36⁵/₁₆ inches deep by 41¹/₂ inches high, and it sits atop four adjustable 6-inch stainless steel legs to account for placement on uneven floors. This worktop can be used to store countertop kitchen equipment or for versatile food preparation. To streamline maintenance, the condensing unit is side mounted and slides out for simple access.

The refrigerated base of the Continental DFA60NSSD worktop freezer maintains a frigid interior and utilizes eco-friendly R290 refrigerant via the expansion valve system and corrosion resistant evaporator coil. The cabinet spans 19 cubic feet and is divided up by four drawers, two narrow and two full, and a half-height door with field-reversible hinges. Each drawer and door have a polished chrome handle to provide a comfortable grip and Santoprene™ magnetic snap-in gaskets to establish an airtight seal when closed. Users must program the desired temperature with the electronic controller and can monitor the interior conditions with the LED display.
