The Continental FA60N-U-D 60-inch worktop undercounter freezer features three sections with a total capacity of 19 cubic feet. One section features two wide drawers that fit two 12-inch-wide by 20-inch-deep by 6-inch-high pans in each drawer. Another section has two narrow drawers that fit one 12-inch-wide by 20-inch-deep by 6-inch-deep pans per drawer. A cabinet-style section with door access is located above the condenser. For durability and rust and corrosion resistance, this unit features a heavy-gauge, stainless steel top, stainless steel front and end panels, galvanized steel rear and grill, and an aluminum interior. It has stainless steel roll-out drawers and a self-closing, rehingeable door over the condensing unit, all with polished chrome handles to simplify cleaning. The drawers and door feature Santoprene™ magnetic snap-in gaskets. This unit can be moved by simply rolling it to a new location with the included eight 1³&frasl₈-inch-diameter plate casters mounted on heavy-duty support plates.

To lower the unit's environmental impact, the Continental FA60N-U-D undercounter freezer's performance-rated refrigeration system uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. For efficiency and steady cooling throughout, this unit utilizes a forced-air system with fans across the back of the unit for even air distribution. The automatic, non-electric condensate evaporator saves energy, and the expansion valve system provides efficient temperature regulation. An electronic control, automatic defrost system inhibits frost accumulation to prevent freezer-burned foods. The plasticized fin evaporator coil resists corrosion and the condensing unit slides out for servicing.
