Ideal for locations looking to expand common cool storage, the Continental RA60N-U-D refrigerated base is a compact cabinet designed to be installed below preparation countertops. Overall, the unit measures 60³/₁₆ inches wide by 36⁹/₁₆ inches deep by 31³/₄ inches high. For durability, the front and sides are made of steel, the rear and grills are constructed of galvanized steel, and the interior is aluminum. Between the paneling is 2 inches of polyurethane foam insulation to help lock in cool conditions.

Positioned at the bottom-right side of the Continental RA60N-U-D undercounter refrigerator base is its self-contained refrigeration system, which works to cool the interior as determined by the electronic dial controller's settings. The automatic condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost ensure the system operates effectively. For ease of maintenance, the system is mounted on a removable panel.
