The Continental RA68SN-U undercounter refrigerator is a large steel unit made for use beside or underneath preparation lines in commercial kitchens. The full refrigerated base measures 68³/₁₆ inches wide by 30⁵/₁₆ inches deep by 31³/₄ inches high. It has three sections in its base, which is located under a 300-series stainless steel flat work top.

The Continental RA68SN-U undercounter refrigerator has two sections with full-height doors and one section is a half-height cabinet for storing sauces and dressings. The interior of the cabinets are made of aluminum for durability, and the door facings have polished chrome handles. The refrigeration system in this unit is self-contained and side mounted with a slide-out condenser for easy maintenance.
