The Continental SW27NBS-D refrigerated base with worktop is a versatile and durable solution for ingredient storage in commercial kitchens. This unit features a 5¹/₂-inch backsplash, a stainless steel front, top, and end panels, and an aluminum back and interior, providing a strong and corrosion-resistant design. Insulated with 2 inches of polyurethane foam, it helps maintain consistent internal temperatures. The refrigerated base includes two roll-out drawers, each capable of holding one 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pan (pans not included), with smooth, polished chrome handles and Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets for a secure seal.

Equipped with a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, the Continental SW27NBS-D refrigerated base uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly and efficient cooling. The system includes an automatic hot-gas condensate evaporator, corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil, and off-cycle defrost to simplify maintenance and improve efficiency. Internal electronic controls allow precise temperature adjustments, while the completely enclosed, vented, and removable case back enhances ventilation and simplifies cleaning. Front-locking 5-inch casters provide mobility and stability as needed.
