To streamline scheduled maintenance, the Continental Refrigeration SW72N worktop refrigerator has a condensate evaporator that eliminates puddled water automatically and its refrigeration system can be accessed from the rear. It is self-contained and uses R-290 hydrocarbon€”an environmentally friendly refrigerant€”to cool the cabinet. The temperature is adjustable with electronic controls and can be monitored for accuracy using a digital display. If the temperature changes dramatically, an alarm warns employees that something is wrong with the unit.

This Continental Refrigeration SW72N commercial worktop refrigerator is durable due to its stainless steel top, front, and ends, and the aluminum interior and back. Its solid doors close on their own to preserve energy and are fitted with snap-in gaskets to hold in cold air. To reduce energy use further, the cabinet is insulated with polyurethane foam. This unit has three heavy-duty shelves for product storage; each is coated in epoxy to resist corrosion.
