The Continental Refrigeration SWF48N-U-D undercounter freezer has a nonelectric condensate evaporator that saves energy and uses eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. To protect against corrosion, the evaporator is plasticized, and the compressor is back-mounted for maintenance access. Operated using digital controls, the performance-rated refrigeration system has a digital display and includes a hi-low alarm and automatic electric defrost.

Insulated with 2-inch foam, the Continental Refrigeration SWF48N-U-D undercounter freezer maintains cold temperatures throughout the day. For durability, the stainless steel unit has an aluminum back and interior, while the four roll-out drawers include polished chrome handles and magnetic gaskets that are removable for cleaning. This unit has 1⁷/₂₀-inch-diameter plate casters and a bottom-mounted front breathing air divider, keeping the freezer off the floor.
