Depending on the application, temperatures in the Delfield N227P ice cream dipping cabinet stay between -5 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. For convenient installation and servicing, the refrigeration components in the freezer are self-contained. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is more eco-friendly than traditional options, while the refrigerant lines are wrapped in the cabinet walls to ensure efficient cooling.
