Delfield N8231P 31" Elevated Frost Top w/ Built In Compressor, 115v

The Delfield N8231P drop-in frost top provides a cold surface for working with and displaying cold items without melting them. Designed for countertop use, the unit has a 23-inch by 18-inch top elevated 1 inch from the counter. A drain trough surrounds the top working surface, catching runoff to keep surrounding areas clean. Made of stainless steel, the top is strong and eases cleaning, while the rest of the housing is made of corrosion-resistant galvanized steel. Foam insulation is integrated into the unit to retain cold air, and the refrigeration system is self-contained and mounted to the bottom of the elevated top.
