Delfield N8256-STP 56" Recessed Frost Top w/ Built In Compressor, 115v

The Delfield N8256-STP drop-in frost top measures 55³/₅ inches wide by 22 inches deep to accommodate two sheet pans when placed in a long configuration from left to right. Designed to be installed in a 54³/₅-inch by 21¹/₁₀-inch counter cutout, its display area measures 51 inches long by 18 inches deep, and its surface is recessed by ³/₄ of an inch. While the top is made of one-piece, heavy-gauge stainless steel to resist corrosion and withstand heavy use, the exterior is made of galvanized steel. A push-in perimeter gasket secures it in place upon a counter top, ensuring cool air doesn't escape.

To ensure ingredients are held at safe temperatures, the Delfield N8256-STP frost top has a self-contained refrigeration system located beneath the frost top on a heavy-gauge steel frame and uses R290 refrigerant. Refrigeration lines built into the underside of the top create a cool surface, while the high-density, closed-cell polyurethane insulates the top to prevent temperature changes. The unit can be turned on and off with the toggle switch, and it comes with a stainless steel louver that can help regulate airflow.
