Delfield N8259P 59" Elevated Frost Top w/ Built In Compressor, 115v

Measuring 51 inches by 18 inches, the work surface of the Delfield N8231P frost top can be used to keep cold products chilled during preparation or display. This top has a drain trough around it to catch liquid, while the stainless steel construction supports heavy use and streamlines cleaning. For corrosion resistance, the rest of the housing is made of galvanized steel, while this top has an elevated design and is made to be dropped into a countertop. Insulated with polyurethane foam, the unit retains cold air.
