Delfield N8273GP 73" Elevated Frost Top w/ Built In Compressor, 115v

With its sleek granite and stainless steel surface, the Delfield N8273GP drop-in cold slab improves food presentation. It measures 73³⁷/₁₀₀ inches wide by 25⁸⁷/₁₀₀ inches deep overall, while its display area is 68 inches wide by 21 inches deep. This slab can be installed into a 72³/₈-inch-wide by 25-inch-deep counter cutout, and its surface is elevated 1²⁹/₁₀₀ inches. A 1¹/₂-inch-deep trough lines the surface's perimeter, catching runoff liquid that can be removed with the ³/₄-inch stainless steel drain. To lengthen the unit's service life, the body is made of 24-gauge galvanized steel, while the condenser is secured on a 16-gauge galvanized frame.

A thermal mastic heat transfer compound built between the stainless steel and granite top ensures the Delfield N8273GP drop-in cold slab's surface remains cool. Its self-contained condenser uses R290 refrigerant, and refrigeration lines are secured in a serpentine pattern beneath the stainless steel top. When ambient air is 75 degrees Fahrenheit, it can produce temperatures between 0 and 20 degrees in 2 hours. High-density polyurethane foam insulates the unit to prevent temperature fluctuations, and operators can flip the toggle switch located on the condenser to turn the unit on.
