Delfield N8287P 87" Elevated Frost Top w/ Built In Compressor, 115v

To improve food presentation, the Delfield N8287P drop-in self-contained frost top's surface is elevated by 1 inch, and its perimeter overhangs by 2³⁷/₁₀₀ inches. The top's stainless steel construction resists corrosion while withstanding long-term use, and it's equipped with a full-perimeter drain trough to prevent liquid from pooling on the surface. Though it measures 87¹/₄ inches wide by 25⁸⁷/₁₀₀ inches deep by 15³/₄ inches high overall, its display area measures 79 inches wide by 18 inches deep. It can be installed into an 86¹/₄-inch-wide by 25-inch-deep counter cutout.

To keep product cool, the Delfield N8287P drop-in frost top's refrigeration lines are secured beneath the top. This unit has a self-contained condenser suspended beneath the unit on a heavy-gauge steel frame and uses R290 refrigerant. High-density polyurethane foam lines the unit to prevent temperature fluctuations when stored in warm ambient air. To streamline turning the unit on and off, a toggle switch is built into the condenser.
