The Delfield STD4472NP worktop refrigerator is constructed of stainless steel and is equipped with three sections, each with two drawers for a total of six drawers. The drawers are refrigerated and designed to hold perishable food and keep it cold by stopping the chilled air from escaping. The unit makes use of R290€”an environmentally friendly hydrocarbon refrigerant that maximizes energy use. The unit can also serve as a workstation because the top of the refrigerator is a smooth surface worktop with a 4-inch backsplash. This surface can be used to cut and prepare ingredients for cooking or for storage in the drawers beneath. The four 5-in. casters on the unit provide mobility, giving the operator the option to fit this refrigeration unit into a variety of floor plans.
