Federal CRB3628 36" Countertop Refrigerated Display Case - (3) Levels

For countertop installation in bakeries, delis, and convenience stores, the Federal CRB3628 refrigerated merchandiser measures 36 inches wide by 29 7/10 inches deep by 25 3/25 inches high. This unit is recessed 3 inches in the counter, and its refrigeration system is bottom mounted. While its rust-, corrosion-, and wear-resistant stainless steel construction is durable enough to withstand rigorous use in high-traffic settings, its black trim adds sleek, subtle decoration. This unit's contemporary curved glass front, tempered thermopane front glass, acrylic end panels, LED top light, and shelf lights ensure a clear view of displayed product.

Packaged sandwiches, boxed pastries, and bottled drinks can be displayed on the Federal CRB3628 countertop merchandiser's two black wire shelves, and to accommodate differently sized products, these shelves can be raised or lowered and tilted in two positions. Operators can retrieve customer purchases through the two sliding rear doors. For thorough cleaning, the doors, shelf lights, shelf supports, shelves, and rust-resistant display deck can be removed, and the light switch and temperature control system are accessible for streamlined operation.

This self-contained merchandiser features an oversized coil and low-velocity fan system that enhance humidity, preventing contents from drying out. Its R513a refrigerant can generate temperatures between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, and to ensure contents are held at appropriate temperatures, there is a corresponding thermometer. Overall, this unit is designed for use in an environment no hotter than 75 degrees Fahrenheit with no more than 55 percent relative humidity.
