Hoshizaki CR60A 60 1/2" Steelheart Series Chef Base w/ (2) Drawers - 115v

The Hoshizaki CR60A commercial chef base is constructed mostly of stainless steel for rust and corrosion resistance, while also withstanding the dents and scrapes that come with high-volume use. Its two drawers can each hold two full-size food pans, enabling the base to store additional meal servings that can be brought out when customer traffic increases. To help conserve aisle space, the drawer handles are flush-mounted, and if something is spilled on top of the cabinet, raised edges around all four sides will contain the mess and keep it from seeping below the machine.

To boost cabinet thermal retention, the Hoshizaki CR60A chef base is foamed in place with CFC-free polyurethane insulation. An LED display indicates the temperature within the base and can be set to display in either Celsius or Fahrenheit. While care should be taken if appliances with heating elements are placed on top, the flat top of the chef base can be used to hold kitchen equipment or as a workspace. Brake-fitted casters let users reposition the unit wherever it is needed.
