To ensure ingredients, beverages, proteins, and vegetables are stored at safe temperatures, the Hoshizaki EUR27A Economy undercounter refrigerator's self-contained refrigeration system can generate temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit in ambient temperatures between 45 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Its innovative air distribution system evenly guides air through the cabinet, eliminating warm spots that could affect product quality. The 6.33-cubic-foot interior includes a 22-inch-wide by 16-inch-deep epoxy-coated shelf that can hold 105 pounds and be raised or lowered in ¹/₂-inch increments. For lasting durability and corrosion resistance, this unit features a stainless steel floor with an aluminum front, sides, and top that can simply be wiped clean.

Sized to fit beneath a counter, the Hoshizaki EUR27A commercial refrigerator measures 27 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 33³/₄ inches tall. This reach-in, single-section unit is equipped with 4-inch casters for smooth mobility, and because two casters include brakes, the unit can be secured in place during use. To complement other kitchen equipment and withstand rigorous back-of-house use, the exterior's top, front, and sides are made of rugged stainless steel. Its solid, right-hinged door provides a 22³/₅-inch-wide by 22³/₄-inch-tall door opening to accommodate various products. When the door is fully opened, it can remain in place to ease product insertion and retrieval, and to minimize exposure to ambient temperatures, its door self-closes when partially opened.
