The Hoshizaki KM-1100MRJZ full-cube ice machine head measures 30 inches wide by 27²/₅ inches deep by 32¹/₅ inches high. Its exterior is made of stainless steel for durability over time and enhanced resistance to rust and corrosion. It is made for compatibility with a remote condenser (sold separately) and should be attached to a bin (sold separately) for proper operation.

The Hoshizaki KM-110MRJZ full-cube ice machine head can produce 1,156 pounds of ice per 24 hours in an ambient environment of 70 degrees Fahrenheit and ambient incoming water at 50 degrees Fahrenheit. It produces crescent cubes for use in drinks, and for cleanliness, the ice machine makes use of H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial agent to prevent mold and mildew growth. It's also equipped with an EverCheck™ alert system to notify users if extreme temperature changes occur.
