Hoshizaki KM-1900SAJ3 48" Crescent Cube Ice Machine Head - 1865 lb/24 hr, Air Cooled, 208-230v/3ph

The Hoshizaki KM-1900SAJ3 crescent cube ice machine head uses CycleSaver™ technology to freeze water on both sides of the stainless steel evaporator, requiring fewer cycles than competitors to produce the same amount of ice. To prevent system failures, the EverCheck™ feature has an audible alarm to alert operators when issues arise so the unit can be serviced. H-Guard Plus™, an antimicrobial agent that is built into internal components of the ice machine, helps slow the growth of bacteria between routine cleanings.

Constructed of stainless steel, the exterior of the machine is durable and easy to clean. The exterior panels are removable so the internal components can be accessed for maintenance; the air filter is also removable. The self-contained condensing system is air cooled and uses R-404A refrigerant.

Since crescent cube ice is harder than other ice types, it does not melt as quickly and can be used in water, tea, soda, and mixed drinks. It is also ideal for bagged ice or dispensing ice in hotels. The Hoshizaki KM-1900SAJ3 crescent cube ice machine head can produce between 1,675 and 1,875 pounds of ice over a 24-hour period.
