The Hoshizaki KM1900SRJZ3 ice machine head can produce 1,933 pounds of crescent cube style ice in 24 hours if the ambient temperature is 70 degrees and the incoming water temperature is 50 degrees Fahrenheit. The exterior and evaporator are made of stainless steel, a durable metal that resists rust and corrosion.

To permit proper air circulation, the Hoshizaki KM1900SRJZ3 ice maker head requires 6 inches of clearance on the top, rear, and on both sides of the unit. It is designed for use with a remote condenser, which is sold separately, and it requires an ice bin €” also sold separately €” to catch and hold produced ice. This unit uses H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial agent to reduce the growth of mildew and mold in the internal mechanisms.
