The Hoshizaki ULR60B-D4 undercounter refrigerator has a 17.22-cubic-foot space and four drawers. Inside, each drawer compartment can hold two 12-inch by 10-inch by 6-inch pans (sold by others). For heavy weight bearing, the drawer modules and slides are made of heavy-duty stainless steel, and the nylon rollers reduce wear and tear. The cabinet features a stainless steel construction with a coated steel back and bottom for durability, and polyurethane insulation inside the cabinet helps maintain consistent temperatures. For uncomplicated installation undercounter, this unit fits under 4-inch polyolefin stem casters.

The Hoshizaki ULR60B-D4 refrigerator holds temperatures between 28 and 45 degrees with its electronic controls. For simple monitoring, it features an external digital temperature display. Via capillary tubes, it circulates eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. To help prevent heavy ice formation on the coils, the unit has an off-cycle defrost system. Meanwhile, the non-electric evaporation system removes condensate.
