Featuring a durable stainless steel and coated steel construction, the Hoshizaki UR27B-LPD2 low-profile refrigerated cabinet is designed to be installed below commercial worktops to streamline recipe assembly. The unit has two drawers, each positioned on 16-gauge slides with acetal rollers to endure repetitive action over time. The top can hold one full-size and one quarter-size pan, while the bottom can accommodate a full-size pan.

Positioned at the rear of the Hoshizaki UR27B-LPD2 undercounter refrigerator is its self-contained refrigeration system. Staff can set the desired holding temperature from 32 to 52 degrees Fahrenheit. For efficient operation, the unit utilizes a hot gas condensate evaporator to reduce humidity on vital components. It also has an E-coating and a dedicated off-cycle defrost for proper operation. This refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant, an environmentally safe hydrocarbon.
