The Hoshizaki WF60B worktop freezer is constructed of durable stainless steel capable of withstanding frequent use in fast-paced commercial kitchens. This piece is designed to function as a refrigerated storage and a workspace. Its two-section base is accessible through two solid stainless steel doors, which can be opened using their recessed aluminum handles. The top of the unit is flat and equipped with a backsplash€”ideal for use when preparing ingredients or operating countertop equipment.

The doors to the cabinet have a unique stepped design that protects door gaskets from damage when the door is abruptly shut. To ensure a tight seal, the gaskets can be removed and cleaned. Inside the cabinets are two epoxy-coated shelves that can be adjusted in ¹/₂-inch increments. The full unit is 60 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 40 inches high, and it sits on four casters that ease maneuvering.

The refrigeration system in the Hoshizaki WF60B commercial worktop freezer uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to regulate temperatures. This refrigerant is energy efficient in addition to eco-friendly, allowing establishments to reduce their carbon footprint. The refrigeration system works to keep the internal temperature at a set level between -10 and 10 degrees Fahrenheit in ambient environments as hot as 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
