The Hoshizaki WLR93B-D2 Steelheart worktop refrigerator is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel with coated steel back and bottom panels. Designed with three sections, this unit provides 30.17 cubic feet of storage capacity with its two drawers and two door sections. Each drawer can hold two 12-inch by 20-inch pans, and along with the doors, they seal with magnetic gaskets. The doors' self-closing, field-reversible design promotes efficiency, and for streamlined product loading and unloading, each door stays open when pushed past 90 degrees. For smooth mobility between locations, this refrigerator is equipped with six 6-inch stem casters.

Using the digital controls, the Hoshizaki WLR93B-D2 worktop refrigerator supports temperature adjustments between 28 and 45 degrees Fahrenheit, and the current holding temperature is shown on the external display for monitoring purposes. To ensure optimal internal conditions, the cabinet is insulated with polyurethane foam, while the self-contained refrigeration system uses capillary tubes and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to cool. This unit's non-electric evaporation system and off-cycle defrost system reduce condensation and ice buildup.
