The interior cabinet of this unit measures at 7.21-cubic-feet, and this worktop refrigerator ships with an interior epoxy shelf that can be adjusted in ¹/₂-inch increments.

The self-contained refrigeration system of the Hoshizaki WR27B-01 one-section worktop refrigerator maintains a set temperature between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit, and the capillary tube that directs the cooling air efficiently operates in ambient temperatures as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
