The compact Hoshizaki WR27B worktop refrigerator features a 6.21-cubic-foot interior with one epoxy-coated shelf. This unit includes shelf support pilasters, which are adjustable in ¹/₂-inch increments to accommodate changing storage needs. A field-reversible door sits flush to the unit's structure to secure items inside the cabinet, and the door's magnetic one-piece gasket traps cold air and is easily removeable for cleaning. At an angle past 90 degrees, the door remains open for simple stocking, though, it's also spring assisted for self-closing.

The Hoshizaki WR27B worktop refrigerator is built-in with a self-contained refrigeration system to keep its interior at the proper temperatures. This system's capillary tubes help direct R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain a set temperature between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit. This efficient system withstands ambient temperatures as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit, making it great for a variety of spaces. The evaporator is enamel-coated for added strength, enabling it to operate at high intensities. The off-cycle defrost system reduces freezing of integral coils and parts.
