Great for holding bulk inventory, these drawers feature a flush-fitting, one-piece gasket that limits cold air escape. The entire cabinet and drawers are foamed in place with 2-inch, CFC-free, polyurethane for further temperature retention. This unit sits on four 6-inch casters, easing movement even when filled.

This Hoshizaki WR27B-D2 worktop refrigerator's self-purposed refrigeration system holds temperatures between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit. The capillary tube that facilitates the cold air operates efficiently in ambient temperatures as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
