The Hoshizaki WR36B-01 worktop refrigerator's sturdy stainless steel exterior reduces the appearance of abrasions and scratches, while its 6-inch casters ensure smooth movement. The heavy-duty door remains flush to the structure, while its extruded aluminum handles provide access to the cabinet. The spring-assisted door remains propped open at angles greater than 90 degrees and automatically shuts at lesser angles. Once users have access to the unit's 9.9-cubic-foot interior, it holds one epoxy-coated shelf and other bulk inventory. For more design versatility, the door hinged can be reversed in the field.

The Hoshizaki WR36B-01 worktop refrigerator's self-contained capillary tube utilizes an R290 hydrocarbon coolant to help maintain temperatures between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit. The evaporator is coated in enamel for corrosion resistance and durability. It features an off-cycle defrost system to limit ice on coils, and because of its high-powered cooling ability, this unit functions properly in ambient temperatures as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
