The Hoshizaki WR36B one-section worktop refrigerator features an interior and exterior both made of stainless steel. The one-piece gasket on the heavy duty doors ensure it remains flush to the structure, while its extruded aluminum handles ease interior access; the interior is foamed with 2-inch-thick polyurethane to lock in cold temperatures. This unit's 9.9-cubic-feet interior houses an epoxy-coated shelf that's adjustable in ¹/₂-inch increments using the shelf support pilasters. The door is designed to stay propped open past 90 degrees and is spring assisted for self-closing at lesser angles.

The Hoshizaki WR36B worktop refrigerator maintains a set temperature between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit with the help of its hot gas condensate removal. The capillary tube facilitates R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and reliably operates in ambient temperatures as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The enamel-coated evaporator resists corrosion, while the built-in defrost system reduces frost on the coils. This refrigerated worktop measures 36 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 40 inches high, with versatile applications enabled by the front-breathing airflow.
