Supplied with four heavy-duty drawers, the Hoshizaki WR48B-D4 worktop refrigerator accommodates various pan configurations, as the top and bottom drawer hold one half-size pan and one third-size pan. These drawers feature 16-gauge stainless steel slides and acetal rollers that support 175 pounds each. Each drawer features extruded aluminum handles, and the entrances are fitted with a one-piece gasket that remains flush to the structure to help lock in cold temperatures. The entire base is constructed of durable stainless steel that can be wiped clean as needed. It measures 48 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 40 inches high and sits atop 6-inch casters for mobility.

This Hoshizaki WR48B-D4 worktop refrigerator utilizes a self-contained cooling system that maintains a set temperature between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit. The entire cabinet is layered with 2-inch-thick polyurethane insulation to help reduce energy usage. The capillary tube utilizes R290 hydrocarbon coolant that's capable of effectiveness in ambient temperatures as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit's enamel-coated evaporator helps internal parts run efficiently, while the defrost system minimizes frost to the evaporator's coils.
