Featuring a spacious 60-inch-width, 31-inch-depth, and 40-inch-height, the Hoshizaki WR60B-01 worktop refrigerator sits on 6-inch stem casters for smooth mobility. The interior's 15.1 cubic-foot interior space holds two epoxy-coated shelves that can store lunch meats, sliced cheese, or produce, and these shelves can be adjustable in ¹/₂-inch increments. Two locking heavy-duty doors are spring assisted to remain open past 90 degrees and self-close at lesser angles to preserve cold air.

A one-piece magnetic gasket ensures these doors remain flush to the structure, and this gasket is easily removable without tools for cleaning. Aluminum extruder handles on the doors provide easy interior access. The entire base features durable stainless steel construction at the front, top, and sides, while the back and bottom are made of coated steel. The entire cabinet and doors are foamed in with 2-inch-thick polyurethane.

The two-section Hoshizaki WR60B-01 worktop refrigerator features a self-contained, refrigerated base that uses a capillary tube system to pump R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant throughout the cabinet. This unit can be set between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit. For efficient long-term operation, this unit's evaporator is enamel coated and features an off-cycle defrost system and hot gas condensate removal.
