The Hoshizaki WR60B two-section refrigerator features a 60-inch-wide worktop and 15.1 cubic feet of interior storage space, making it a versatile unit for storing ingredients and preparing sandwiches, pizzas, or salads. Two adjustable, epoxy-coated shelves sit inside the unit on support pilasters and can be adjusted in 1/2-inch increments. Two heavy-duty doors with magnetic gaskets lock in the cold and secure the items inside. The entire cabinet, which is made of strong and abrasion-resistant stainless steel, is insulated with 2-inch-thick polyurethane foam.
The doors of the Hoshizaki WR60B worktop refrigerator are spring assisted to remain open past 90 degrees and self close if accidentally left ajar. This unit's self-contained refrigeration system, featuring capillary tubes that utilize R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, holds temperatures between 32 to 52 degrees Fahrenheit and functions in ambient temperatures as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit's evaporator is enamel coated, and the "off-cycle" defrost system reduces freezing to the coils for long-term, effective operation.
