The 60-inch wide Hoshizaki WR60B-D4 worktop refrigerator is equipped with a worktop that provides space for customizing sandwiches, subs, and pizzas to order. The top's backsplash prevents food from slipping behind the unit, and below the top are four heavy-duty drawers that support a multitude of pan configurations for storing meat, cheese, and produce selections. These drawers sit on 16-gauge stainless steel slides and acetal rollers capable of supporting a 175-pound load. The interior of this structure is insulated with thick polyurethane for maintaining cold temperatures. The interior, top, front, and sides are made of stainless steel, while the exterior back and bottom are made of coated steel. The unit sits atop 6-inch stem casters for easy maneuvering.

The Hoshizaki WR60B-D4 worktop refrigerator's self-contained refrigeration system maintains a set temperature between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is facilitated with the unit's capillary tube system, enabling effective operation in ambient temperatures as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit. As high consistent operation may freeze the evaporator's coil, the unit's off-cycle defrost system is temperature initiated to help prevent frost buildup, while the hot gas condensate removal also helps maintain system quality.
