The Hoshizaki WR72B-01 worktop refrigerator's 72-inch-wide work surface and 18.27 cubic-foot interior space are best used behind the counter to provide employees with space for customizing sandwiches for customers. Inside the cabinet, three shelves per section are adjustable in ¹/₂-inch increments to make room for inventory needs. Three heavy-duty doors with extruded aluminum handles lock everything inside while providing accessibility. A one-piece, easily removable gasket ensures the doors remain flush to the cabinet's structure to effectively lock in the cold. The doors offer a stepped design that protects the gasket when items are being removed, while the spring-assisted hinges keep them open past 90 degrees.

This unit features a stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior cabinet in addition to an ABS steel top. The cabinet and doors have 2-inch-thick polyurethane insulation to retain cool temperatures. The Hoshizaki WR72B-01 worktop refrigerator's self-contained capillary tube uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain a set temperature between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit, while the unit's hot gas condensate and off-cycle defrost system enable efficient operation in ambient temperatures as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
