Supplied with three heavy-duty doors, the Hoshizaki WR72B worktop refrigerator's 18.27 cubic-foot interior is easily accessible. This interior houses three epoxy-coated, corrosion-resistant shelves that resist damage in high-moisture environments, and the shelf supports can be adjusted in ¹/₂-inch increments. The doors utilize a magnetic gasket that's simple to remove without tools, and they feature a spring-assisted design to remain propped past 90 degrees and self-close at lesser angles. The doors also have a stepped design that protects the gasket during use.

This unit features a stainless steel construction at the front, top, and sides, and for added strength, the back and bottom are steel coated. The interior is also stainless steel in addition to an ABS steel top. The entire cabinet and doors are insulated with 2-inch-thick polyurethane to lock in the cold. This 72-inch-wide by 31-inch-deep by 40-inch-high unit is simple to maneuver with four 6-inch casters, even when filled.
