Great for storage processes to preserve texture, hygiene, and quality of food items, the Infrico IBC-ABT101L floor model blast chiller and shock freezer quickly pulls down product temperatures; when not blast chilling or blast freezing, this unit holds the interior cavity at -40 degrees Fahrenheit. Cycles are simple to differentiate between with the assistance of a front-facing control panel, which has a USB connection and enables as many as 99 different customized cycles. Via a forced-air system, this unit directs R404 hydrocarbon refrigerant throughout the interior cavity of the unit. A manual and automatic defrost system keeps the interior cavity at more than ideal conditions by minimizing the accumulation of frost on integral components.

The Infrico IBC-ABT101L blast chiller and shock freezer duo holds 10 stainless steel trays that allow the interior to hold 120 pounds when chilling and 77 pounds when freezing. The inside of the cavity is foamed in with high-density polyurethane to minimize recovery when the front door is opened; this door features a stay-open and self-close feature for fluid stocking. The walls sport curved corners that are simple to wipe down, and an internal drain with a drain plug reduces high amounts of condensation and humidity. This unit sports a high-strength stainless steel construction that minimizes exterior damage.
