The Infrico IBC-ABT141L floor model blast chiller and shock freezer measures 33 inches wide by 34¹/₈ inches deep by 68¹/₂ inches high. It holds 132 pounds for chilling and 88 pounds for freezing, and the cycles are operated through the simple-to-read control panel. This unit has a holding range of -40 degrees Fahrenheit to preserve cooked and fresh consumables, and its forced-air system uses R404A refrigerant for environmentally friendly operation. The evaporator coil is finished in polyester to minimize corrosion, and automatic and manual defrost cycles ensure integral components don't frost over to hinder the unit's operation.

Inside the Infrico IBC-ABT141L blast chiller and shock freezer is a one-section space capable of holding 14 stainless steel trays; these shelves are secured inside with the assistance of a solid self-closing and stay-open door.
