The Infrico IBC-ABT71L undercounter blast chiller and shock freezer is made of stainless steel for the durability needed for a long service life. This undercounter unit sits on four casters for mobility and easy placement. The blast chiller's door is mounted on stainless steel heavy-duty hinges, and it's equipped with a heated frame to prevent ice build-up. The door self-closes to maintain internal temperatures and has a stay-open feature for easy product removal. It comes with seven food trays and features an interactive control panel and menu for simple operation.

The inside of the Infrico IBC-ABT71L undercounter blast chiller and shock freezer is stainless steel and features sealed internal floors with coved corners for efficient cleaning and sanitizing. The cabinet and steel door are insulated with high density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. This unit can quickly chill food products from 194 to 37 degrees Fahrenheit in less than 90 minutes and quickly freeze food products from 194 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit in less than four hours.
