The Infrico IUC-MR93 work top refrigerator has three separate sections with a total of 27 cubic feet of storage space€”capable of holding six plastic-coated wire shelves. For added support, these wire shelves are held up with stainless steel shelf brackets, which are great for most produce and meats. Cold temperatures are locked in with the assistance of dual polyurethane insulated doors, which are built with a self-closing feature that prevents them from being left ajar and wasting energy. These doors clasp for safety and to reduce tampering, while the interior and exterior are constructed of 430 stainless steel; similarly, the interior is insulated with the same thick polyurethane that maintains appropriate temperatures within all three doors.

This Infrico IUC-MR93 cold storage unit is built-in with a self-contained refrigeration system. It's digitally controlled, allowing users to adjust temperatures from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The coolant€”R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant€”is simply facilitated using a forced-air refrigeration system. For heightened performance, a defrost system works automatically to warm the interior, removing excess frost for efficient operation.
