The Kold-Draft GBX561AC X-Series ice machine head is air-cooled, so it is equipped with fans that move air across its self-contained condenser. An upside-down horizontal evaporator and water plate assembly freezes water and removes particles and air to produce clear, large-size ice cubes. This unit can produce as much as 490 pounds of ice in a day and can be stacked to conserve floor space. The Kold-Draft GBX561AC ice machine head has a stainless steel exterior with a durable and strong plastic top. An LCD display on the front enables the user to monitor the temperature. A bin must be purchased separately for the unit, and the sides, top, and back must be clear for ventilation and utility connections.
