This cool burst of air can improve drinks' taste profiles and overall presentation, and it sanitizes the drinkware, removing odors, residue, and bacteria. Operators should purchase a 20-pound aluminum CO₂ tank with a siphon tube separately since it isn't included with this unit, and to prevent frequent battery changes, this system features a rechargeable 12-volt battery.
