These doors have diecast handles and door frame heaters to minimize ice buildup. The walls and floor are made of stainless steel to withstand intense use.

This Perlick FR48RT-3 glass chiller?s refrigeration system is self-contained, utilizing capillary tubes, a condenser, and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to hold cold temperatures. It holds temperatures between -10 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit, which is suitable for glasses and plates. During operation, the condensate evaporator pan reduces moisture inside, while the defrost system works to minimize frost on coils and components.
