True FLM-81~TSL01 80 3/4" FLM Series Three Section Glass Door Merchandiser - (3) Left/Right Hinge Doors, White, 115v

The True FLM-81~TSL01 three-section glass door merchandiser has a white powder-coated exterior finish that resists chipping and peeling. The corrosion-resistant aluminum interior has 12 cantilever shelves that adjust to a 15-degree angle in 5-degree increments. LED lights brighten the cabinet so customers can see products through the glass doors. These three doors close by themselves to prevent cold air from escaping, while the magnetic gaskets around the frame also prevent leaks.

Using a reverse condensing fan motor, the condensing coil is kept clean for maximum efficiency. It blows in reverse for 20 seconds after the compressor is started, removing dust, debris, and dirt from the coil. When the coil is kept clean using this system and routine maintenance, the unit operates using less energy and maintains proper product temperatures.

In order to maintain temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the True FLM-81~TSL01 glass door merchandiser uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Since the refrigeration system is bottom mounted, it operates in the coolest area of the kitchen and simplifies accessing the refrigeration system. Operators can reach the condensing coil for cleaning purposes, and an epoxy coating on the evaporator prevents rusting.
