True TRCB-52-60-HC~SPEC3 60" Chef Base w/ (2) Drawers - 115v

The True TRCB-52-60-HC~SPEC3 chef base holds up to 717 pounds on its stainless steel top. The stainless steel top features a marine edge for stability and is wider than the rest of the base. The base sits on four plate casters €“ two of which lock for stability €“ and is 60 inches wide, 34⁵/₈ inches deep, and 25¹/₂ inches high. The whole unit, including the drawer facings, is insulated with high-density, foam-in-place polyurethane insulation.

The refrigeration system in the True TRCB-52-60-HC~SPEC3 chef base is mounted on the side of the unit, which allows easy access for maintenance as needed. The system uses a self-contained capillary tube system to circulate R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant around the unit and keep the internal temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The evaporator's coils are coated in epoxy to reduce the possibility of corrosion damage, and to prolong the unit's service life while maintaining the quality of the food products held inside.
