True TRCB-52-HC~SPEC3 51 13/16" Chef Base w/ (2) Drawers - 115v

The True TRCB-52-HC~SPEC3 chef base is designed to hold other pieces of commercial kitchen equipment on its stainless steel top. It can hold up to 717 pounds of weight and features a marine edge to help stabilize the extra equipment. The short base measures 51⁷/₈ inches wide by 34⁵/₈ inches deep by 25¹/₂ inches high, and works to bring other kitchen appliances up to a more comfortable working height for the user.

The two stainless steel drawers on the True TRCB-52-HC~SPEC3 chef base are insulated to retain cold temperatures. The drawers can be locked at the end of the day to prevent theft. The unit's refrigeration system is side mounted and features an electronic external display of the internal temperature, which can be set from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. For efficient and eco-conscious use, this chef base uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant in its capillary tube system to keep the internal temperature cold and food safe.
